Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astral DM mobile application (the “App”) and related services, including support pages (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
- Use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use automated means to access the Services in a way that sends excessive requests or burdens systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Astrology and content disclaimer
The Services may provide astrology-based reflections, compatibility insights, and other content. This content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice (including medical, legal, or financial advice). You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
Accounts and deletion (if applicable)
Some features may allow you to create an account or sign in to sync information across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may request account deletion by contacting support@astraldm.in. We may need to verify your request.
Third-party services and App Store terms
The Services may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, or crash reporting). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
If you download the App from a third-party app marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your use of the App may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Astral DM or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral DM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
