Common troubleshooting

• App won’t start / stuck loading: force quit and reopen. Make sure you’re on the latest App Store version.
• Notifications: check iOS Settings → Notifications → Astral DM.
• Sign-in issues: confirm your network connection and try again. If you use Google sign-in, ensure the Google account is active on the device.
• Account deletion: if you choose “Delete account” in Settings, deletion may be scheduled with a grace period and can be cancelled by signing in again before it executes.

Reporting a bug

Please include:

• Your device model + OS version
• App version (Settings → About, or App Store version)
• Steps to reproduce + screenshots (if possible)
